Northwest Lakewood Sanitation District does not request or accept ACH payments. All payments are to be in check form and delivered to the District’s address.

Property Transfer

This form should be used by Title Companies requesting property transfer and should be submitted a minimum of two (2) business days prior to the closing date. Inaccurate or incomplete information will delay processing time.

IF THE SELLER DOES NOT PAY THE TRANSFER FEE AND ANY OWED SEWER SERVICE FEES, THE CHARGES WILL STAY WITH THE PROPERTY. LATE CHARGES WILL APPLY UNTIL THE ACCOUNT IS BROUGHT CURRENT.
